At Maker Shed, we want you to be fully satisfied with your electronics and DIY kits. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return most items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your Maker Shed account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Items
Carefully pack the items in their original box, ensuring all components, sensors, and manuals are included to avoid a restocking fee.
Apply Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, clearly marking the RMA number.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the hardware and confirm it is in working order, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
